With over three decades of executive leadership in investment strategy, real estate development, and wealth management, Tere M. Throenle is a highly accomplished Chief Financial Officer and trusted advisor to family offices and closely held companies. She has successfully structured, negotiated, and executed transactions exceeding $6 billion across acquisitions, mergers, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, Tere served as CFO for a $2.5 billion family office for over 17 years.   She oversaw strategic investment planning, debt and equity structuring, asset management, and estate planning. Her leadership  guided the acquisition of over 11 million square feet of real estate and the development of more than 3,000 multi-family units, while managing fixed income and equity portfolios and directing long-term succession and tax strategies.

Previously, Tere held CFO roles at The S.K.Y. Companies, Red Mountain Retail Group, and SeaWest Financial Corporation, where she played a pivotal role in organizational growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance. From securing $175 million in credit facilities to implementing scalable business systems and expanding portfolios, her financial acumen has consistently driven transformative results.

A Certified Public Accountant with an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Professional Accounting from California State University, Long Beach, Tere is also an active member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.  Tere is a avid supporter of the performing arts, loves  tennis, golf and traveling.  She lives in Mar Vista with her wife and 2 children.
