Rebecca Reyna joined Anderson Real Estate in 2016 and currently serves as Senior Director, Portfolio Operations & Asset Management. In this role, she leads cross-functional collaboration across departments, with responsibility for portfolio budgeting and reporting, forecasting and modeling, operational strategy, IT infrastructure, digital brand platforms, vendor management, talent development, and major strategic initiatives including capital projects and dispositions.

Throughout her career at Anderson Real Estate, Rebecca has taken on a range of leadership roles, including Chief of Staff, where she partnered closely with executive leadership to build internal systems, improve operating discipline, and scale company-wide processes. She also managed Ace*Mission Studios in Boyle Heights, serving as both property manager and leasing manager, and led the conversion of a 17-acre campus of vacant former distribution warehouses into a fully leased, active production campus, including a three-year tenancy by Apple.

A native Angeleno, Rebecca earned her B.A. in Literary Journalism from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a California Real Estate License. Outside the office, she enjoys design and home projects, hosting themed gatherings for friends and family, and unwinding with her corgi, Remy, and cat, Pasta.
