Rebecca joined Anderson Real Estate in 2016 and now serves as Director. In this role, she oversees cross-functional collaboration, financial reporting, operational policies, brand strategy, IT, vendor management, and the senior leadership team. Rebecca’s leadership is centered on fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Previously, Rebecca served as Chief of Staff, where she streamlined operations and spearheaded key strategic initiatives. She also managed ARE property Ace*Mission Studios in Boyle Heights, where she led the transformation of former beer and beverage distribution warehouses into a thriving studio lot. The redevelopment resulted in eight active sound stages, over 100 production offices, and the successful leasing of a new-to-market 17-acre campus.

A native Angeleno, Rebecca earned a B.A. in Literary Journalism from the University of California, Irvine, and holds a California Real Estate License. In her free time, she enjoys tackling DIY home improvement projects, spending time with her cat, Pasta, and hosting themed gatherings for friends and family.
