Jill Howard joined Anderson Real Estate in 2014 and serves as Vice President/Controller. Jill is responsible for all accounting and reporting functions, including portfolio performance measurement, audit, tax preparation, compliance, and financial controls. She oversees simplification and modernization initiatives to improve efficiency and to create transparency across all disciplines. In her role, Jill is on the Senior Leadership Team and manages strategic operating initiatives throughout the company. Jill’s broad skill set, experience with both public and private real estate operating companies, reporting, and accounting platforms, and experience with technology have further created efficiencies throughout the portfolio.

A graduate of California State University, Northridge with a BS Degree in Finance and Real Estate, Jill began her career at Lowe Enterprises followed by a 10-year career with Voit Development Company before moving on to senior roles with Countrywide Investment Services, Bank of America, McKinley Properties and Keystone Real Estate. In her spare time, Jill enjoys family gatherings and traveling to exotic places.
