Dawn Pardinas is the General Manager of the Anderson Real Estate Retail Division. She manages approximately 700,000 square foot portfolio with buildings located in the Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Westwood and Woodland Hills submarkets. Dawn joined Anderson Real Estate in 2014 as a Senior Property Manager and for six years managed Anderson Real Estate’s Ventura portfolio, which consists of 7 properties totaling 500,000 square feet. Dawn has over 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience. Before joining Anderson Real Estate, she worked for multiple regional and national Real Estate companies where she managed multiple high-rise, low-rise and commercial business parks.

Dawn holds Real Property Administrator® and Facilities Management Administrator® designations. When Dawn is not hard at work she enjoys travel, cooking, wine tasting and spending time with her family.
