Andrew leads HR Operations and Benefits and is a Business Partner to Anderson Holdings and Anderson Real Estate. Prior to joining Anderson Holdings, Andrew held various HR leadership positions at RH (Restoration Hardware) and Levi Strauss and Company, including Director of Learning and Development and Senior HR Business Partner for their retail divisions.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Shortly after Baylor, Andrew moved to California where he has now lived for over 20 years, having spent time in San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles.
