Joyce oversees all aspects of Human Resources within Anderson Real Estate. She has a long-standing track-record of successful partnerships with executives and senior leadership to make key hiring decisions, implement employee attract-development-retention strategies, and execute on business initiatives where talent acquisition impacts decision-making.

Joyce brings 25 years of experience and Human Resource leadership to Anderson Real Estate. She joins us from Genesis Capital/Goldman Sachs as Vice President of Human Resources and numerous prior executive HR roles in the real estate and lending industry including Genesis Auctions/Oaktree Capital Management, Hudson Pacific Properties, CenterCal Properties, and Arden Realty/GE Capital Real Estate, among others.

A graduate of University of California Berkley, Joyce earned her BA in Organizational/Industrial Psychology with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management), PIHRA (Professional in Human Resources Association) and FIRE (Filipino in Institutional Real Estate). She also has her Human Resources Management Certificate (HRMC) from the University of California Los Angeles. Joyce loves travel, wine-tasting and cheese boards, preferably paired with family and friendship.
