DeeDee West joined Anderson Real Estate in 2014 and serves as Vice President, Operations. She is responsible for managing day-to-day portfolio operations on over 3 million square feet of commercial office and retail assets across our Los Angeles, Ventura, and Honolulu markets. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, she works diligently to drive excellence, implement strategic initiatives, and establish processes and procedures throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Anderson Real Estate, she worked at GE/Arden Realty for more than 14 years as Senior Operations Manager with a portfolio of more than 2.5 million square feet of office and industrial real estate across the United States.

In addition to holding a California Real Estate License, DeeDee has earned both her Certified Property Manager® and Real Property Administrator® Designations, holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University of California, Santa Barbara. When not working, DeeDee enjoys engaging the right side of her brain through photography, metalsmithing, jewelry making and painting.
