DAVID FELMAN

Chief Administrative Officer

David is Chief Administrative Officer of Anderson Holdings. He leads strategic planning and initiatives, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, legal, and corporate communications, and works closely with the executive team on financial and investment strategies, capital projects, corporate development, M&A, tax planning, and strategic partnerships. David has over 20 years of business operations, transactions, and investments experience, as a chief financial officer, investment banker, and institutional investor. He has extensive experience advising management teams, board directors, and entrepreneurs on critical strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and recapitalizations and restructurings. David has advised on over $100 billion of announced transactions across a broad spectrum of industries, with a significant focus on real estate.

David served as Chief Financial Officer of College Health Enterprises, one of the largest private healthcare services companies specialized in behavioral healthcare in California. In this role, he also oversaw the founding family’s investment and philanthropy office. Previously, David was Chief Financial Officer of Jewish Family Service LA, the oldest charitable organization in Southern California, after serving as a Board member and Finance Committee Chair. There, David led the organization to its strongest financial position ever. For his work, David was recognized as CFO of the Year by the Los Angeles Business Journal (for nonprofits).

Previously, David was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, Moelis & Co., and Greif & Co., and served on the investment staff of Stanford Management Company, which manages Stanford University’s endowment and other assets. David serves on the Boards of the Friars Charitable Foundation and Temple Isaiah. David was previously honored for inclusion on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s “LA 500” list of the 500 Most Influential People in Los Angeles. David holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science with Distinction and Honors from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he graduated as a Carter Fellow. David was born and raised in Los Angeles, where he lives with his wife and two children.
